I am the owner and lead inspector of Top Notch Home Inspections Ltd., delivering thorough pre-purchase, pre-listing, and maintenance inspections across Newfoundland and Labrador's Avalon Peninsula from my base in Bay Roberts. As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and ICA Canada certified inspector, I bring over 200 hours of specialized training, including thermal imaging with FLIR cameras to detect hidden issues like moisture intrusion, electrical faults, and insulation gaps. My unique background stands out: over a decade in information technology sharpening meticulous problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with hands-on construction experience—from renovations, decks, basements, and property maintenance to sales and technical support for fireplaces, outdoor cooking appliances, and heat pumps—giving me unmatched insight into how homes are built and how their systems should perform.
